At Essential CBD we have never charged our customers for shipping and never will. When we say "free shipping" we mean it. We cover the shipping cost and have never added it into our selling price. Milligram for milligram we are still the best priced pure CBD products available in the US market. Combined with free shipping it almost certain that you will receive the most product for the least price. If you are shipping anything back to us for any reason, we will also cover that expense.
There are no minimum purchase requirements or special coupons needed to qualify for free delivery. If you need rush delivery, no problem, all you pay is the difference from regular ground to express. We credit you the ground shipping amount, so express really isn't that expensive if you need it. If possible please make express shipment orders via telephone, it can make the order arrive even quicker.

If you are in any way not satisfied with our CBD products, return them within 30 days from the time of delivery for a full refund. The order must contain a minimum of 50% of the original product. You will not be required to state any reason for being unsatisfied. All products must be in their original bottle or original packed form. Original shipping packaging and box or envelope is not required.
